The Community

Facilities will not use involuntary, forced or trafficked labour.
Facilities will not hire any employee under the minimum age established by law for employment.

The Staff

Prohibition of harassment or abuse.
Discrimination based on race, caste, gender, religion, age or political affiliation is not allowed.

The Working Day

Statutory working hours must be respected, and wages must meet the legal and industry standards.
Healthy and safe work environments must be provided, including access to a toilet and clean water.

The Planet

Facilities will comply with environmental rules, regulations and standards applicable to their operations.
Facilities will maintain procedure protocols to guard against the introduction of contraband into outbound shipments.
